Scarborough Healthy Lifestyle Program focuses on promoting healthy lifestyles and preventing diseases, such as diabetes, through a series of interactive workshops and seminars. Topics include awareness, nutrition, physical fitness, stress management, and many more. The workshops are fun, engaging and relatable for participants.
