Teen/Adult Holiday Party
For anyone who is 13 years and older with Down syndrome, and caregivers if needed.

When:

Saturday, December 3, 2016
6:30 PM - 9:30 PM

University of Toronto Hart House, 7 Hart House Circle

Cost:

$15 per guest

Dress code: Semi-formal or holiday party theme

Please Note: This event is a dinner and dance and will be held at the Hart House banquet hall. A full buffet dinner will be provided. Please indicate any dietary restrictions upon registering.

This event is a drop off event and will be fully supervised by the DSAT team consisting of parents, caregivers and volunteers. If an attendee requires their own support person, please contact us and we'd be happy to make arrangements.

Hart House is situated at the University of Toronto. For parents and caregivers coming from out of the area there are many places to check out while waiting including, the ROM, shopping and dining.

Street parking and underground parking is available on campus. There are three subway stations that are 5 minutes walking distance from the Hart House including, St. George, Queens Park and Museum subway stations.
