Yoga for teens and adults
Yoga for adults and teens live online combines responsive singing which promotes language development, enhances motor skills and synchronizes hand and eye movements; yoga poses that improve posture, balance, strength, locomotion and endurance; and finally, deep relaxation to create a sense of calm.
