This virtual yoga program is designed to support individuals ages 13+ with Down syndrome in developing physical strength, flexibility, balance, and emotional well-being in a safe, inclusive, and engaging online environment.
The instructor, Hannah Brown, has been teaching yoga with DSAT since 2021. She is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive classes where every student feels supported, capable, and celebrated. Hannah’s teaching focuses on movement, mindfulness, and having fun, helping students build confidence, strength, and connection both on and off the mat.
This virtual yoga program offers a holistic and accessible approach to wellness, empowering participants to engage in meaningful movement and mindfulness from the comfort of their own homes. The program is designed to be inclusive and adaptable.
Participants are encouraged to come prepared with comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and yoga mat.
